Santa Rosa, California, February 20th, 2024 – SCHURTER is pleased to introduce its new MSM II AE Metal Line indicator series, designed to complement its recently launched MSM II Metal Line pushbutton switch series. The new range of indicators serves to seamlessly integrate with the switch series or provide an elegant indicating solution all on their own. The joining of aesthetics and technical acuity emphasizes a refined advancement in switching and indication technology.

Like the new MSM II switch family, the indicator version without switching function is available in point, ring, or entire surface area illumination. A version with deadfront is also an option. The advanced illumination technology not only provides visual aesthetics across the color spectrum, but also spurs innovative opportunities for creating visual variations of your data, system function, or prompts for service. From classic white to dynamic RGB, all options are available to create the perfect signal solution. The new indicators are available for various supply voltages (5, 12, 24 VDC, or variable), catering to the most individual application requirements.

In addition to its quality visual performance, the MSM II series switches and indicators also provide an impressive robust design. Made of high-quality stainless steel, the series feature a high impact resistance up to IK08 with a seal protection rating of IP 67 from the front. Operating temperature range is -30°C – 85°C. This translates to long-term rigorous withstand of environmental elements, where usage can be relied on for many years. Available with quick-connect or solder terminals in two installation depths, the MSM II indicator is offered in the same mounting diameters as the switch in 16, 19, 22 and 30 mm.
